Work for a new growing MSP that is working to change the MSP Solutions marketplace. Must be hard working, self-motivated, creative thinker with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. The ability to articulate technical issues in a meaningful way to clients and employees. Be able to manage client technology needs and support issues. Ability to speak confidently about technical aspects and IT business strategy, communicate independently with decision makers at all levels. Making presentations to prospects and demonstrating our MSP products or services. Be flexible, process oriented with outstanding problem solving, written and oral communication. Collect feedback from prospects and customers to have discussions with the internal leadership teams
Job Description:
Remote Support of Clients
Remote client systems maintenance
Clients and Systems Documentation
Conduct meetings with clients and employees Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, or as needed.
Client training
New client surveys
Systems and devices software/firmware upgrades
Required Skills:
Excellent client relations skills
5+ years of experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer and networking hardware troubleshooting skills
Efficiently multi-task, with proficient organizational and time management skills.
Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products
Strong team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
Expert working knowledge of workstation hardware, software, networking equipment, Standard computer peripherals and the following operating systems:
Windows 10 through Windows 7 - 11 and Server 2008 – 2019
Working knowledge and experience in supporting wireless systems, network configuration, knowledge of TCP/IP, FTP, VPN, Active Directory, Apple protocols and cloud technologies
Must be able to work from home and have a dedicated office or location
Must have flexible working hours, nights and weekends maybe scheduled and required.
Additional Skills are a plus:
